The Inner Smile, a powerful relaxation technique, which utilizes the expanding energy of happiness to communicate with our organs. By learning how to smile inwardly to our glands and organs, our whole body will feel loved and appreciated, stress and tension will be counteracted, and the flow of chi will be increased.
The Six Healing Sounds is a basic relaxation technique using a series of sounds and simple movements to produce a cooling effect on our organs. The sounds vibrate specific organs and arm movements, combined with postures, guide heat and pressure out of the body. This improves digestion and reduces insomnia, headaches and internal stress.
Chi Self Massage is a method of hands on self-healing. Using internal energy (chi) we can learn to dissolve energy blocks and strengthen and rejuvenate the sense organs (eyes, tongue, mouth, nose, ears), the teeth, skin, bones, and inner organs
