hey this was a great retreat, caer turned out to be an excellent venue
highly recommended for anyone organising a retreat, fantastic food
incredible sacred sites in the vicinity


the nearest apart from caer itself being the pipers,
one of which is shown here with st buryans church in the back ground

we had a bit of a sacred site tour before the retreat

the most amazing site was st michaels mount,

we got to the place where the british and european leylines cross

 

 

 

other places we enjoyed included men an tol

 

 

 

carn les bray, the first beacon in britain, overlooking lands end


sancreed well

 

boscawen un stone circle

and lanyon quoit

 

the food at caer was exceptional

 

sessions on the chi kung lawn

 

 

inside the fogou
