The weekend centres around a deep healing medical chi kung form that promotes a powerful chi flow,
combining the best of internal feng shui/directional chi, colour and sound therapy,
alchemical healing and body movements.
We completely empty the body, using the chi from the sun & deep earth
and program perfect health into the body.
We learn how to relax the muscles, activate the tendons, balance the organs, and nourish the bones.

The weekend also includes skills to build up energy in the lower tan tien belly centre.
This is really working at the core of our being, this energy overflows into the 8 extraordinary channels,
then into the 12 organ meridians, bringing balance and harmony into the system.
We also utilise healing sound and colour essentials.

and share with your loved ones.
