We will deepen our Iron Shirt Structure, allowing the body to relax into our own individual
perfect structure and connecting it deeply into the earth.
We test this with various pushes and learn some energising breathing patterns.

We spend time opening our Core space in the Lower Tan Tien
bringing more consciousness into this largely unconscious area.

Element by element using QiGong, Self Massage, Stretches,
the Inner Smile, 6 Healing Sounds and Five Animals Chi Kung;
we explore, activate and energise our Organs, Meridians and various body systems.
We connect with the intelligences of the elements that reside within our bodies.

We learn new meditations and movements to allow more flow in the Microcosmic Orbit
and the Macrocosmic Orbit, allowing more balance and harmony within our system.
We connect to the earth, to nature, to solar forces, stella forces and our deep sexual nature;
circulating these forces through our orbit to support and balance our chi.

This weekend will deepen and empower our personal pallette
of healing and transformational tools.
We will transform our Inner Smile to a radiant Inner Kiss.

We become aware of our physical, emotional, mental an spiritual intelligences
and encourage our wisdom intelligence to flourish.

We will learn how to integrate the practices in our daily lives.
