we have an inkling of the incredibly magical possibilities, but somehow we allow life to get in the way of experiencing our full potential. We use movement, breath, stillness and play to increase our vitality and our sensitivity in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual worlds. We examine our selves and our relationships, whats working, what isn't, why?. Simple effective means to improve our relationship amd our life present themselves. Although we concentrate more on women / man, partner/marriage relationships, many of the same skills apply to relationships with our children, parents, friends, pets and environment |
